Yeah the ness matchup is pretty bad. So far I've had trouble with him and Rosalina for obvious reasons. It's hard to approach a patient one, you'll get stuffed by dash attacks and fsmashes

Being patient is really the only thing you can do. I like to use falcons dash grab after shielding a few of their projectiles, it provides a opening large enough to force them to change their play style
