Is there ever a reason to throw out the Fair instead of the UAir in the ACUT?

How does ZSS beat Sheik so hard? I play this match up as Sheik and get bodied. Anyone have any advice?

The U-air is easy tho. At low percents against fast fallers you can combo for like 40+

Can I get some help with the Lucario mu? What can I do to avoid the rush down. It's probably my DI, but I get 0-deathed quite frequently against a good Lucario. It's not even the projectile spam, I literally can't get out of a combo once he hits me once.
