bumping means posting in a thread that recently was inactive. Example:

A thread is made... people start posting immediately. But, when you post, you post way later than all the other people (like may be a month, depends on thread). That's called bumping, cus it 'bumps' the thread up the list, so that when you go to that part of the forums, you will see that thread on the first page since it had a recent post. I have no problem with bumping as long as the post says something... sometimes people bump their own threads just so that people will see their thread more (which is against forum rules)

hah i found u :) btw you should check out www.allisbrawl.com if you dont know about it, its a good place to join ladders and the way their tournies are organized is very convenient
