Neutrals: BF, FD, SV
Counterpicks: Lylat, Yoshi's Island (Brawl), Pokemon Stadium (Melee), Delfino Plaza, Halberd, Castle Siege
MetaKnight's Infinite Dimensional Cape glitch is banned.
In matches that go to time; winner will be decided by stock count, then %, exception being if one player exceeds the Ledge grab Limit (that player will lose the match).
Ledge grab Limit will be 25 for Meta knight, and 35 for all other characters.
Stage picks for the first game will be the Neutrals, first strike is decided by a game of Rock-Paper-Scissors, with 2nd strike going to the loser of the RPS. The Last Remaining stage will be the stage they play on.
For Counterpicking The winner of the first game will ban a stage they don't want to play on, the loser will then pick any of the remaining stages between neutrals and counterpick stages.
If any disagreements are had in regards to which port they will be resolved with a game of RPS. Winner chooses their port.
