Every Friday night at Cape Fear Games in Wilmington, we host a weekly Smash Ultimate tournament! With the release of the game, we've been averaging approximately 30 entrants each week. We have printed stage lists and our room in the back to make the experience straightforward, with the shop in the front selling games, cards, and snacks! We only charge $5 for singles and $5 for venue (which is waived for your first tournament or if you bring a setup!)
So come on down! Venue opens at 5:30 PM when I work to get the tables, power strips, etc. set up. After that you can hang around for friendlies until bracket starts at 7:15 PM. Each tournament is double elimination with an additional Amateurs Bracket for those who are out in Losers Round 1 or 2. There's a good blend of skill levels for both the new or experienced Smasher. We hope to see you there!
