What if Nihon Falcom gets two reps? Adol and Estelle? It wouldn't be the first time that a third-part company got two playable characters in their debut in Smash.

Yeah, right after Simon revealed, somebody did a playthrough of the first Castlevania. I believe it was GameXplain. Though, for some reason, I can't find the video now. Then there was also this videos like these about Terry.

That's if it's going to use third-party appearances again (which I hope they do).

I haven't played any of the games, so I don't know. But whenever I want to start a series, I either start with the most popular/well-known game or with the very first one. So if I were to begin the Ys series, I'd probably start with the first game, which just got released on the Switch this year.

If Nihon Falcom gets a character, I can see him being very likely. Plus, Nihon Falcom has a major significance in the RPG genre, so I can picture some kind of playable rep from them.

One thing I do like whenever characters are revealed for Smash, there are some people on YouTube who make videos about the characters in anticipation for their appearances in Smash. It's either a playthrough of their most popular game or a history about their series.

Steve is way worse than Plant. I look on GameFAQs and people are still butt-hurt over his appearance in Smash. Heck, even on this site, somebody declared themselves no longer a fan of Smash and left the site after Steve was revealed.

I wouldn't mind Steve come back, mainly to see the haters meltdown again.

Yeah, I remember a lot of people fell for that leak back then. I think that killed everybody's trust in him after that.

That must have only just been your reaction because people do know Kazuya is from Tekken. He appears in every game in the series.

Please! He looks just like himself. There's nothing wrong with the way he represents Punch-Out!!.

I'm satisfied with Little Mac being the only rep for Punch-Out!!. What do you mean he doesn't do a good job of representing Punch-Out!!?
