Hardware you are running: wii, wii u
Loading Method: sd card (stage builder glitch)
Details:
when changing the d-pad on the wiimote+nunchuck combination to do smash attacks (like the c-stick on a gc controller) it has a similar bug to the smash 4 c-stick bug. it charges the smash attacks and it moves you in the direction you press

the weird thing is, this bug wasn't in version 3.02

It's a bug with the independent button presses functionality added to 3.5.
