White flash full screen on successful L cancel

If you're Ganon and on any stage with platforms, if you L cancel and ledge cancel his Dair at the same time, the entire screen will flash white rather than just Ganon. Happens most often on Battlefield and Warioware it seems like.

Hmm I just tried this on battlefield and wario ware and it didn't happen. I did it on training mode.

It's the flash graphic on his dair that gets really large for some reason. I've seen it before but I'm not sure why it happens.

Sweet, I thought I was imagining this. Really odd that I never noticed it happening until 3.5 though... Either it happens more often now, or I'm ledge+L-cancelling much more consistently.
