Inui is the only WI TO that doesn't....and he's in the middle of nowhere in regards to the rest of the state.
take it as an opportunity to solidify your non-wobbling skills. While it isn't ideal or optimal, there have been a number successful ICs who did not wobble (at least at a local level, but also several at top level).
Look at all the oldschool ICs, specifically Chu.
Look at Fly up until like this year.
Look at wobbles recent stuff (although, to be fair, wobbles right now is probably one of the least optimal ICs).

I used to watch a lot of Peef's stuff too. He was a michigan player (and wobbling was basically universally banned when he was playing too) and he had some pretty strong grab punishes even without wobbling.
In general, watching a lot of old IC sets from wobbling banned tournaments can help you learn to build those skills and understand their combo game.
however, you still should learn to wobble consistently, practice it frequently, and be using it in friendlies, because if you ever go to wobbling legal tournaments, you want the option to be available to you.
