Animation:
Intro: Waluigi appears out of thin air in a swimming animation, floating above the ground
Walk Animation: Waluigi does the "Haters Gonna Hate" Walk
Run Animation: Waluigi runs in a motion similar to the Flash
First Jump: Jumps like Mario or Luigi
Second Jump: Swings his body in a swiming like fashion. Can be done five more times, but has very short range, similar to Jigglypuff.
Taunt 1: Waluigi bends his body to form his signature upside down L
Taunt 2: Waluigi does three pelvic thrusts while saying "Wa-lu-i-gi Yeah Yeah YEAH!"
Taunt 3: Waluigi points his tennis racket in a motion similar to Ness and his baseball bat
Basic Attacks:
A+A+A: Waluigi does a single jab, than a swift kick and ends with a swing from his tennis racket, pushing his opponent back
Foward+A: Does a side hook
Down+A: Uses his long leg to kick the area in front and under him, sweeping his opponents
Up+A: Punches upwards - His arm extends past Human capabilities and his fist is an abnormal size.
Dash+A: Slide tackles his opponent, sweeping them
Air+A: Spins around with purple vines forming a quick circular shape around him
Air Forward+A: Does a spiking motion, as if he were playing volleyball. Acts as a meteor smash.
Air Up+A: Similar to his land Up+A, but in the air
Air Down+A: Stomps downwards, similar to Captain Falcon
Smash Forward: Charges his tennis racket, then swings
Smash Up: Charges his purple vines and releases them in a larger burst the longer he held them for
Smash Down: Charges his spinning kick and releases an enlarged and stretched out leg.
Grabs
Grab: Extends his oversized arm and grabs his opponent, taking out a Piranha Plant to taunt them with it
Grab+A: The Piranha Plant bites the caught opponent
Forward Throw: Serves opponent with tennis racket
Back Throw: Rockets opponent behinds him
Up Throw: Throws opponent in the air with his purple vines, but brings them back down with them
Down Throw: Stomps opponent in to the ground for a quick second
Special Attacks:
B: (Whiskered Eggplant) Waluigi throws a whiskered eggplant at his enemy. The eggplant makes the enemy dizzy for a quick second. Occasionally, this will be a bob-omb.
Forward B: (Wrecking Crew) Waluigi charges a large and heavy hammer and releases it, causing it to fly at an angle, depending on how long you charged it.
Up B: (Whirluigi) Waluigi charges his spinning attack, allowing himself to be launched into the air.
Down B: (Ground Spike) Waluigi charges large purple spikes from underneath the ground next to him.
Final Smash: Wall-Luigi
Waluigi becomes a menacing, dark-purple version of himself who can't take any damage. Where ever he runs to, a stream of purple vines appear and won't go away until his final smash is done. Opponents who touch the vines are launched upwards with a flower and landing causes them to suffer from different status effects, similar to Luigi's negative zone, allowing Waluigi to launch them with his tennis racket.
