Well, the archives are there to watch on twitch so... I can't imagine they'd expect people to not reupload the vids to youtube.

I would advise anyone who uploaded official Evo videos to take them down. This is basically taking revenue from Evo, which I can also say as a content producer, is an absolute headache. I don't know their plans for YouTube, but every match they've shown is on their past broadcasts on Twitch. If they haven't done anything about it in a bit, who knows - but it's too soon for now. Especially seeing ads on these videos, it's not right for this uploader to profit from the extremely hard work of the Evo staff.

idk maybe I'm overreacting about it a little since I'm even seeing news sites like Kotaku post up screen capped YouTube vids people uploaded - but when you think about it, Evo puts together this amazing show for us, and charges the subscriber fee for HD and no ad-access, money that goes to a scholarship fund they do. It just seems wrong-ish for others to upload videos and thus profit off of YouTube ads for Evo's work, and potentially driving revenue away from them and their scholarship foundation. It's not just about Smash, but all games. I love the uploader's dedication to get the matches to you guys quick, but just know that they indeed viewable from Evo's Twitch archive, and have been from the moment the broadcast finished.

Holy ****ing ****, aMSa is a MONSTER!!! Taking a tournament match of Mew2King's Sheik, taking friendly games off other various top players, 4 stocking SS, finishing 25th at EVO, AND HE'S BEEN PLAYING FOR UNDER A YEAR???

Like, I think if anyone randomly came out of the blue, people would be crazy to see some new talent, but he's doing all of this with Yoshi too! And it's also super cool that he's from Japan, showing us there's still more hidden talent out there and they have a strong scene (though Gucci showed us this earlier too). If aMSa keeps improving, we might have a Yoshi in the top 10 of the world soon!

(Also I've totally said for years that Yoshi is actually a middle tier character)
