Turnip Throw to FSmash

I found that right after throwing a turnip forward or back, fsmash came out fast enough that the sound of the throw was cut short. I don't really into TAS so i don't know how to test this further, but does anyone know more about this? Is the turnip throw animation actually being canceled by the Fsmash, or is it just that the throw sound is longer than the throw frames, and gets cut by the FSmash sound starting?

Turnip throw can't be interrupted, so my guess is that this is just the sound being longer than the throw frames.
