turnip question ?

i was just wondering how do you throw a turnip while you are floating ? can't figure it out.

You can't throw it while floating, but you can drop it while floating. Perform an aerial while floating, then Z drop the turnip immediately after the aerial finishes to perform a Vidjo drop

It's really cool to pull off, my favorite situation to use it is having a turnip and then do a float dair at the opponent, vidjo drop then do a nair. It does extra damage and is very satisfying when I do pull it off.

Vidjo dropping looks cool but it doesn't have too many useful applications. You can drop it after using a floating Dair but that doesn't net you much profit.
