G&W, Wario, and DDD were the only WTF movements.

Sonic finally moved to where he should be placed.

I expected Lucario to fall, Link falling under Captain Falcon is something I didn't expect. I knew Gannon was going to drop putting Falcon above him, but even above Link was a surprise to me.

This is better than the last list for sure.

but on a serious note, can anybody give me a quick 2 or 3 sentances on why lucas is better than ness?

Lucas has a far better recovery, and therefore he lives longer. In a game where everyone can reach the stage, having a bad recovery is really saying something. Lucas is far less likely to be intercepted.

Lucas was always considered a better ground character while Ness has aerials. The truth of the matter is (in my opinion) Lucas's aerials are still pretty decent overall, but Ness's ground game is still god awful.

Lucas has an easier time spacing and is less destroyed by grab-release stuff.

You try grabbing the slippery little ****! If the Wario is in a capable player's hands, you will not see him get grabbed courtesy of an awesome WOP-like barrage of aerials.

I think B tier would count as mid. S and A together already has more than a third. In theory, a third should be mid, a third should be above mid, and a third should be below. Sorry, Toon Link mains.
