From what I understand, only Top 3 are making it out of Project M, so going up to 4th place in PM is not entirely necessary. Also, I have a hard enough time trying to figure out who half these people are anyway, it's been hell just figuring out who I'm up against in my own pool(especially since it's changed on me already). Although this isn't too much of a problem 'cause no one is making P:M predictions...

Props to Hylian for thinking I'll take 3rd seed in my pool. PewPewU might be the best in NorCal and Oro might have taken 2nd at Nerd Rage, but I don't intend to just let them win, even if it is pools.

...I'll do my own list of who I think'll get out of pools once I have more time.

pool 2 - is pikachad the same chad I'm thinking of? past that, MDZ is guaranteed (KanyeRest should get a stream match so everyone can fawn over his username)
pool 3 - ohhhhh jesus PPU and oro's in the same bracket. I wanna say oro might get a win out of character unfamiliarity (assuming PPU doesn't know how to play ZSS/MK), but PPU is still PPU (PPU v. Oro, obviously)
pool 4 - metroid if you don't win I'm going to beat you up (met v. moogle)
pool 5 - cala and M2K in the same pool? welp, time to see if lucas is anything he's cracked up to be (cala v. M2K gonna own)
pool 6 - I feel awful for not knowing some of these players. SORRY, THOSE PLAYERS
pool 7 - #teamkirk (kirk v lance)
pool 8 - again, I feel awful for not knowing them firsthand, but I know of rusty as the ike from 2.1 and ORLY as a falcon, and last I checked rusty's one of the only ikes left so I'm rootin' for him
pool 9 - I <3 hungrybox's buffer for bad jiggs matchups, mario goes 5-5 with everyone on the planet (hbox v. ripple)
pool 10 - I believe several of the players are well-known for melee more than P:M (I'M SORRY ) but I... think cheato is good and also Best Riven NA because that's a perfect name
pool 11 - green ranger's a damn fine DK last I checked, and rat is still rat (GR v. rat)
pool 12 - heyseuss and scythe, battle of the spacing tanks, everyone get some popcorn
pool 13 - oh wait, I didn't sfat played sure why not (sfat v arty)
