October 11th is Roll Tier X4($1100 total pot bonuses), which features $500 pot bonuses for both melee and PM each and $100 on a free sm4sh tournament (must sign up for at least 1 other event to register for it and byo3ds), free Pizza from Little Caesars and free Venue fee amongst tons of other hype bonuses!

The last El Paso rep to come to austin go renamed MTirno's ***** for a year. If El Paso deserves to be on this list, El Paso could attend a tournament in one of the Major reasons (DFW, Houston, Austin) and win back the money they invested coming down.

I think if time/money wasn't an issue for a bulk of us, then we'd head out to more central Texas events. A few of us were able to make it to WHOBO MLG (few good things are said about it nowadays for good reason) and Forte 2 and had a blast, but two times out of the year is only what most of us can manage with what we have going on, which sucks cuz you guys have so many good players, and I feel we'd learn a lot from one another if distance and expenses weren't an issue. Dammit America, why make Texas so big?

The Texas Melee PR has been changed to Central Texas Melee PR.

Texas is a big place. Some cities that contain players who are arguably top 15 if not top 5 who are active within their own scenes rarely get a chance to show their stuff due to being 5-10 hours by car. Any other state besides Cali would consider that OoS travel times and Cali has broken itself into 2 different regions.

Since we can't get anywhere close to acceptable data for all of Texas, we are shrinking the scope of PR to focus on the regions that travel the most between each other (DFW, Houston, Austin, College Station, San Antonio).
