So I find this picture of the replay feature on reddit, and it appears someone has a pic of the replay feature.
It appears that his twitter/ link to the tweet (Im bad with twitter) Has been deleted: https://twitter.com/RYoGA_Online/status/507854951323029504
The original tweet was in french and he said "This is a picture of the replay feature, we will talk about this later @pnintendo"
So, could this mean he possibly has a copy of the game?
And about this being fake: This picture appears so be taken on a 3ds screen and not on a monitor

This is most likely just the game being paused and showing how to take snapshots, Not a replay feature.
