The venue is fairly central and about 15 min from the beach.
It has a second floor and minibar inside.
The capacity is approximately 150-200 people.
This site specializes in gaming events and it's provided with equipment and high quality internet for these occasions.
INFORMATION
VENUE RULES
1. The tournaments will begin at 11 am. Please punctuality to all participants to stay at Venue about 9 am.
2. First will enter the participants to the Venue, then will enter the people who come to see the tournament.
3. The players will be called to make their games. The participant who is submitted within a period of 5 min, at the TV where they must play, that person will lose the combat that was going to play.
4. As the organizers will provide their own material, please we ask to the attendees if they do eat any type of food, please do it in the upper floor approved.
5. It will only make refunds of the registration / venue fee in cases of majeure force and once finished the tournament.
6. The local has an enabled area to leave bags and personal belongings under the keys. It will be marked bags with labels.
7. Smoking is strictly forbidden on the premises.
8. Priority will be given to participants in the area of freeplays. If at that time players need not deal with this area, permission is given to visitors to occupy it.
9. IMPORTANT: the maximum of the local capacity is 150 people and to ensure the safety of the attendees will not be allowed entry to more people under any circumstances.
10. The Organization reserves the right of admission on anyone not showing ethical behavior toward other attendees as well as to local facilities.
11. We must remember that the closing will take place at 10 pm both days.

The awards will be divided into 3 parts of the total paid on the attendee's registration.
The divided parts are:
- 1st Place 60%
- 2nd Place 30%
- 3rd Place 10%
All the money that is left over to pay the Venue fee will be used to increase the awards of each tournament.
As the number of interested players, Melee Singles prize would be about 1.365€

General rules
● Items: none
● Lives: 4
● Time: 8 minutes
● Woobling is allowed till 300%.
● Choose blind characters: only in case of election
● Priority in the ports of controls: only in case of election
● neutral Start: only in case of election
● David's Stupid Rule: a Counterpick of the last stage in which it has gained cannot be made.
● Knights clause: any stage can be played if both players agree. This rule takes precedence over the DSR. Players can NOT to agree to change the number of items that must be played.
● In the case of that the starting time is completed, will be determined the winner with the number of lives remaining or percentage where they are the same. In the event that the foregoing is in tie, the game is repeated whole. A Sudden Death not be played under any circumstances and will not be valid.
● Pause the game only is allowed to expose the player to an organizer official tournament that his driver is damaged or has a malfunction. All other breaks will be penalized with the loss of a life of the player who paused the game.
Players must attend his fights at the time assigned to them and when you call them. If someone arrives late to a game the following measures shall be applied:
● If you arrive 5 minutes later: you will lose the game
● If you arrive 10 minutes late: lose the Set
It will play to the best of 3 pools and bracket until quarter-finals (both Winners and Losers).
To the best of 5 in semifinals (both Winners and Losers)
To the best of 7 in the finals of the Winners, Losers and GF.
Additional rules for fighting in team

How to play a Set

The Stage Striking consists of that, one of the two players decide in that stage does not want to play, another player discarded 2 more stages, and the first player who dismissed decides between the 2 remaining stages.
2. the players play the first game of the set.
Before you start combat each player can ask port priority or Neutral Start.
Note: Only can be one of the two methods, already the result will be selected for SPS (stone, paper, scissors). If there is any player wants to change the port after playing a SPS, is the opposing team who decide if the change is allowed. The result of the other SPS (except ports conflict) will remain entirely during Assembly.
Once finished the first bout:
3. the winner of match can bann a stage.
For the prepared to the best of 3, each player bann a stage.
For the 5 best prepared, scenarios may not ban.
4. the loser of the previous game singles scene.
5. the winner of the previous game you can choose to change the character.
6. the loser of the previous combat can choose to change the character.
7. the next match is played.
Repeat the above mentioned steps to continue a sequence of fighting until the end of the game.

5. Each match will be played to the best of 3 rounds, 99 seconds and random or agreed phase between opponents.
6. Each participant must bring his command, either Arcade Stick, Fight Pad or remote control with adapter.
7. Before each round, both players must set up controls. It is the responsibility of each player make sure that all is well before beginning. He is notify the organizer of the tournament when combat begins.
8. It is forbidden the use of turbos and macros.
9. It is forbidden to beat the opponent with insults or physical contact.
10. If a participant pause the game during combat the opponent may request immediate loss of round Tournament Manager.
11. If you lose a match may change in character for the next fight, the winner cannot change character, both may change ultra always.
12. He not comply with any of these rules may be immediate expulsion from the tournament and the loss of the registration fee.

After talking to the Graffiti Hostel, eventually there will be no discount on bookings. The good news, the organization will provide access to players of all necessary material to continue playing in the Hostel (televisions, video game consoles ...).

2nd Option: It is the cheapest hostel, just 13€ per night, the bad is so far from the venue and public transport should be used.
3rd Option: It is the closest hotel to the event, about 10-15 minutes walk. But the price is a bit expensive, around 28€ per night.

TRANSPORT IN THE CITY
T-10 it's VERY IMPORTANT to travel in Barcelona
This card will save you a lot of money as it contains a fairly comfortable travel system.
The ticket called T-10 contains 10 trips that you can use wherever and whenever until it's exhausted. This ticket costs 10.30€, about 1€ per trip. A single trip ticket costs 2€, you save almost 1€ per trip. Furthermore, this ticket also serves to travel from Barcelona Airport to the hostel. My recommendation is that 5 people buy one T-10 for get 2 trips per person.
