Uh...how you say her shoulder/neck unmatched, I think it's because Peach block the line of her neck, so it may make the artist had a hard time to draw Rosalina's neck properly.

Pretty much all of them on my last post were from that website. Some of the drawings may not be new, but they're new additions to some of the Rosalina groups that exist.
You mean Rosalina Deviantart club right? Yeah... the often upload Rosalina fanarts daily.
Well there's more than one club, and some of the drawings are only found by going to those clubs; one of which includes this one.
