You can use ice blocks to turn around in the air, and also to stall your momentum to make it harder to predict where you are going. Airdodging through an opponent can also be a good way to get back to the stage if they consistently try and guard you with laggy moves, or try and hit you with an aerial off stage. Otherwise just mix up heights and distances with your side b, make them put as much effort into the edge guard as possible.

This is all good. Also one very important thing is that when you are getting combo'd on stage, NEVER use your double jump unless you are sure it will get you out of a combo. If you are recovering and still have your jump, learn the distance where you can sweet spot the ledge with your magnet hands. Sopo can grab the ledge from VERY far away. Also you can go really far below the ledge and use double jump -> up-b. But yeah if you double jump/air dodge to the ledge you can grab it from super long range, so try that out and test the distances on your own.
