From the most important moves to the least important moves, which ones should an Ice Climber main be using most often during a match? Obviously grabs are the most important thing, but what about movewise for the IC's?

I'd suggest reviewing the frame data for the Ice Climbers, as that will certainly allow you to recognize the "priority" of each move. When considering the priority of moves, things you should look for are speed (both start-up and end), disjoint hitboxes, and invincibility. The notion of "priority" is often misunderstood, as there's no one move that is guaranteed to beat another move, as it also depends on the position on each players, and how the hitboxes and hurtboxes of each players' moves collide.

Here's a link to the thread on IC's frame data: http://smashboards.com/threads/complete-ice-climbers-hitboxes-and-frame-data.285394/

and here's a link to link to a short, basic EH guide on priority: http://www.eventhubs.com/guides/2009/sep/18/guide-understanding-hit-boxes-street-fighter/

If your opponent is camping platforms then up air is your best bet. If you can read movement good and become good with up air then sometimes u can rack up more damage than them even though they are platform camping you.

If your opponent is staying grounded your most reliable options are jab/desynched blizzards/short hop auto cancelled bairs. Also if you have a read on their short hops then up-tilt is super high reward.

There is more to the game then just then picking the most important moves to use during a match but in general jabs/tilts, back air, and up air are the best/safest.
