PM specific sounds don't work

Basically, Roy and Mewtwo have the boss sounds again and a few other sounds are also weird have changed, for example Samus' up-b. On the CSS Roy is "Pokémon Trainer" again etc...
One thing it could have to do with are the IOS/cIOS because I had to reinstall them after an automatic Wii update (which I now disabled).
I am playing over Configurable USB Loader.
Everything else is fine.

Any help is appreciated, thank you in before.

I'm have the same issue. A bunch of sounds are missing or incorrect, but everything else seems fine as far as I can tell.

check your sfx folder compared to a default build.
have you modded anything?

No I have not modded anything

and the sfx folder contains the same stuff?

if youve not modded anything, id just download the build again and put it on your sd
