PM 3.6 | Yoshi Dtilt has hurtboxes

Title of the bug: Yoshi's dtilt mistakenly has hurtboxes

Version found in: PM 3.6 Dolphin (not netplay)
Hardware you are running: Dolphin 4.02
Loading Method: ISO

Details: According to BrawlBox, how it was in melee, and as far as I know how its intended to be in PM, Yoshi is not supposed to have hurtboxes on his dtilt during the active frames. Against normal ground moves there is no issue since it results on a clang. However, with transcendent moves as well as aerials (Peach dair in my pictures) you are able to hit the tail. I can provide more pictures with different moves if necessary, such as Meta Knight dtilt (transcendent) and Ganondorf up b.

Almost all attacks have hurtboxes; very few are granted intangibility and rarely are they moves that are used often for poking.
