PM 3.02 bug: AI uses Falco Phantasm below ledge on WarioWare

I feel like something like this would have been noticed but I couldn't find anything on it in the forums

Anyway, I notice Falco's lvl9 AI usually his side B to sweetspot the ledge when trying to cover, but on WarioWare, he tries to sweetspot about a Jigglypuff's length below the actual ledge. I don't know if other characters have this problem but I only notice it when fighting Falco.

AI Falco does this on multiple stages. The AI is just plain stupid.

AI coding is done by one person iirc, and it's a giant job.
Things like this have more than likely been logged.
