The Rooms will consist of 4 game rooms for tourney matches, and towards the end a friendly / MM designated room. 1 food room, with sales, and a place to eat, and one quiet room for people to relax (i dont know how quiet it will be though XD)
HOUSING IS PROVIDED AT THE VENUE IF NEEDED, but icant promise your comfort. we highly encourage people to go for the hotels we are offering.
There is a small market 10 feet down the road, and we will potentially be giving out copuons for there, with the entrance to the building fee.

Crews:
We will be putting up a crew sign up form on the mages website, where each crew that plans on entering will register their crew name and the 4-5 people in said crew.
In order to sign up as a crew, you must sign up as a crew that exists before this post. Meaning, KDJ, M2K, PC Chris, and ChuDat cannot be on a crew, because no crew containing all of them exists.
There will be a one person gain option. Meaning, if only three crew members are in attendance, you may take on one person not in the crew to fill the fourth spot. Likewise if you have 4 people and want 5.
If you are not part of a crew that is coming to VLSC, you will also be able to sign up on the website. From the list of the crewless lulz, we will divide by 4, come up with that many captains based on power/regional rankings and by committee, who will be able to draft their crews. There will be more information on this as we get closer to the event.
-You cannot enter in more than one crew
-Please dont make up crews, we have swords and aren't afraid to use em

**General Rules**
The Mages DQ Rule is applicable when a player is late for a match and it goes as follows:
2 Minutes Late – Warning
4 Minutes Late – Loss of first match of set

Stage Striking is allowed, but ONLY for the 4 NON Neutral Stage(DK64, Rainbow Cruise, Brinstar and Mute City)
In the event an invalid rule setting is discovered: only the current game of the set will be replayed. If the setting is discovered between games, the last game will be replayed. Under only special circumstances will an entire set be re-done because of a wrong rule setting. This goes for team attack, damage ratio, random stage, counterpick, and time limit settings. Special circumstances are based solely on the Tournament organizers discretion and will be handled on a case to case basis.

If something like this happens it will need to be reported to myself or Omegawhitemage IMMEDIATELY and the two of us will confer and determine whether or not a set needs to be replayed or not.
Pools will be created before the tournament begins. If either Whitemage or I hear any form of complaint about them at the tournament, that player will be instantly DQ'd and their money will not be refunded. We can assure you that all pools will be painstakingly put together and will be as balanced as they can be. If you have any problems keep them to yourself or at the very least away from us, we have far more important things to worry about. And yes, this rule applies to anyone.

Crews:
We will be putting up a crew sign up form on the mages website, where each crew that plans on entering will register their crew name and the 4-5 people in said crew.
In order to sign up as a crew, you must sign up as a crew that exists before this post. Meaning, KDJ, M2K, PC Chris, and ChuDat cannot be on a crew, because no crew containing all of them exists.
There will be a one person gain option. Meaning, if only three crew members are in attendance, you may take on one person not in the crew to fill the fourth spot. Likewise if you have 4 people and want 5.
If you are not part of a crew that is coming to VLSC, you will also be able to sign up on the website. From the list of the crewless lulz, we will divide by 4, come up with that many captains based on power/regional rankings and by committee, who will be able to draft their crews. There will be more information on this as we get closer to the event.
-You cannot enter in more than one crew
-Please dont make up crews, we have swords and aren't afraid to use em

**General Rules**
The Mages DQ Rule is applicable when a player is late for a match and it goes as follows:
2 Minutes Late – Warning
4 Minutes Late – Loss of first match of set
6 Minutes Late – Loss of set

The only stages on for singles and teams are the Ship 10 (8 in teams). Any picking outside of this list is BANNED.
Stage Striking is allowed, but ONLY for the 4 NON Neutral Stage(DK64, Rainbow Cruise, Brinstar and Mute City)
In the event an invalid rule setting is discovered: only the current game of the set will be replayed. If the setting is discovered between games, the last game will be replayed. Under only special circumstances will an entire set be re-done because of a wrong rule setting. This goes for team attack, damage ratio, random stage, counterpick, and time limit settings. Special circumstances are based solely on the Tournament organizers discretion and will be handled on a case to case basis.

If something like this happens it will need to be reported to myself or Omegawhitemage IMMEDIATELY and the two of us will confer and determine whether or not a set needs to be replayed or not.
Pools will be created before the tournament begins. If either Whitemage or I hear any form of complaint about them at the tournament, that player will be instantly DQ'd and their money will not be refunded. We can assure you that all pools will be painstakingly put together and will be as balanced as they can be. If you have any problems keep them to yourself or at the very least away from us, we have far more important things to worry about. And yes, this rule applies to anyone.
