Lucas Revamp moveset idea:

Up-B: PK Thunder 2 - The same thunder as Ness's but its different, you cant use it to gimp people offstage as a projectile, but instead it hits you once you're out, when going offstage, the moment you press the up-B button, the PK thunder will come out, but when it comes out, it comes back in, automatically hitting you, like Pikachu's quick attack you can change the thunder to where you want to go to with just one second before the frames happen, the pro is that you can hit people with a real PK Thunder 2 MUCH easier with no interruptions, but only does 3/4 of the damage but still keeps the same knockback, it has the same range but a little slower due to how people can abuse this, so its easier to shield, the con is that you cant easily gimp people offstage now.

Side-B: PK Freeze - Instead of the Neutral-B, you send out a projectile like Ness's PK Fire, it freezes the enemy, but has alot of lag, so you cant abuse it, does 25% each, so you can follow up once they get frozen, and they wont stay in longer the more % they have, that's whats different than a normal object that freezes people.

Neutral-B: PK Love - A giant colored hexagon does over 30% damage that overs above him, good in damage, horrible knockback, Ness's PK flash does around 25. This move is charged, once charged, Lucas will throw out a giant colored hexagon, a bit slow but good damage, 8 seconds to fully charge up if you keep charging it without any interruptions.

Down-B: PSI Shield - A giant green barrier around Lucas, the same size of Ness's PSI magnet but green and a different pattern(not the aura flame thing like in Ness's) this can reflect any projectile, even Villager's bowling ball, you can go inside the shield but if you throw out a projectile while you're in a shield. you will automatically get hit, like Lucas has invincibility but doesn't. The reflection makes the projectile 3X faster, that's much faster than Link's fully charged arrows pocketed by a Villager. but only does 2x the damage, this should rival Ness's magnet.

No hate pls, I tried the best I could making Lucas's moveset the same was Ness's, because if there were the happen, there wouldn't really be a point in adding him with the same moveset, and also, Lucina was added because of better reasons.

PSI Magnet - Envelopes himself in a magnet (preferably Mother 3 PSI Magnet graphix) and pulls himself up. Does not gain vertical height on the ground. The Magnet itself possesses multiple hitboxes that renew every 5-10 frames and Lucas will heal, say, 1% for every hitbox that hits something.
(This could be an interesting strategy in doubles if the amount of damage done is less than the amount healed)

Side-B: Paralysis/Hypnosis/Brainshock - a reskinned Brawl Lucas PKF with that paralyses the opponent for a short time (say, 20 frames or 40 for combo potential), the other two are customs. Possibly Hypnosis and Brainshock can put people to sleep or make them dazed in exchanged for a speed tradeoff.

Down-B: Shield/Counter/PSI Counter - basically a standard down-B counter, the Shield/Counter graphic from Mother 3 encases his body and any hitbox that touches it takes retaliation individually (Shield) or makes the whole thing "explode" (Counters). The other two are customs,

I've found a new hope if so, his leak is becoming true, after all Chrom was planned but Robin got the spot instead to be more unique, and also they're finding Rhythm Heaven files in Smash 4 in the character icons.

Something is awfully suspicious about that..

However, if it just flat out said cut city... well... yeah.

Come on now, were missing the most important alt of them all...Commander Lucas. [Or just slip Masked Man's outfit on him, fuzzy coat collar away!] I also wouldn't mind seeing an "Ultimate Chimera" alt. Pink shirt, orange pants, and little purple wings and an off switch poking out his back. They'd never do it but i'd be cute. [Though I gotta admit, i'd use the hell out of that Duster alt. I will also admit Lucas is really Rockin' Kuma's hair color.]
