PJM 3.02: CPU constantly charges Mewtwo's shadowball @ Brawl Training Arena

I discovered this bug just yesterday.

I was playing with a level 9 Mewtwo at the Brawl Training Room (the insanely big level), and Mewtwo would constantly charge his shadowball attack but not actually use it, he would just continuously charge it.

Mewtwo and Lucario will charge aura/shadowball when the human player is far enough from them. This isn't limited to the training room.
It's a byproduct of the new AI, which is being updated.

Has anyone from the dev team mentioned any AI updates for the next release?
There's only one guy who works on the AI, and he's constantly updating it.
You should've seen the Pre-3.0 AI

I asked out of curiosity, really. The AI in PM is already way better than the one in both Melee and Brawl. I guess the only really major issue with it is its tendency to self-destruct. I'd really like to know if its programmer has thought about doing something to fix that.
