I think 99.75% of the Pika boards will either interpret this as a troll topic, or an under-informed topic, especially without any additional information. Why do you think Pika needs to be buffed, and why does Mac and Ness need to be nerfed? Then we can start a specific conversation, instead of the potential counter-troll trolling and flame-y rants that this kind of vague topic usually invites.

Pikachu already got some buffs to his electric attacks last patch. They're much safer now. Also this should be taken to the social thread or the meta thread.
