This was an extremely difficult PR to make due to fall/winter/spring having been "slow seasons" for Smash 64 tournaments. Top players had inconsistent attendance, and largely inconsistent head-to-head data. Some tournaments in the GTA had as few as 13 attendants, a region that was boasting 30+ in the summer. Regardless, the GTA and Ottawa regions pursued, some of us even going all the way to COA6 and Apex 2015!
Construction of the PR
The Power Rankings were constructed mostly based on head-to-head data, and counting up wins vs losses for each player with "notable" players (players with good attendance, were on the last PR, placed high at a tournament, or performed well against PR members). Players had to have attended at least two tournaments to qualify -- we considered lowering this requirement for the Honourable Mentions, but that motion was turned down in a 5-1 vote.
The PR panel consisted of the following members:

No losses to anyone. Outplaced the rest of the province at CoA6 and Apex.

No losses to anyone except being 0-4 with Revan, and is 1-1 with Unreal

No losses to anyone outside the top 2. Sextc's 1-0 record vs Unreal puts him higher, despite Unreal being 1-1 with YBOMBB.

What will the standings look like this summer? I've been seeing people from our amateurs brackets going hard on that Kaillera grind. I also hear Ottawa and Niagara have got up-and-coming scenes of their own -- will we be seeing separated PRs next season with all this 64 growth?!
