Two Ways to Qualify

1.Top 6 players with the most points determined from quarterly ranbats (v2.1-v2.6|v3.1-v3.6|v4.1-v.6)
2. 1st and 2nd from tournament of champions last chance qualifier tournament. This tournament will take place the same day.

How would you feel about legalizing custom moves if someone had a fully unlocked 3DS? Say, for 4.1 and up? That way it wouldn't affect this series right in the middle of it, but we'd be able to prepare ourselves adequately for Evo.

I ask this because I only need one more custom move and then I have them all on 3DS.

I am sorry, I don't think custom moves will be an option in v4.1 - v4.6. What I can tell you is that we will be changing Singles from 2 stocks 6min to 3 stocks 8min. Thanks for the question Jmac!
