-Counterpick Stage:

-After each match:
1. Loser picks counter stage
2. Winner chooses character
3. Loser chooses character
-Items OFF!
-No modded 3DS systems allowed!
-Any interference due to lag that causes a disagreement will be handles by the TO or an individual appointed by the TO. Their ruling on the situation stands.
