Atlantic North PM Sundays @ Dr lous place in Roebling NJ

What is up guys and gals! Ramen here trying to promote some PM in our local smash scene. We run smash 4 tourneys on Thursdays so we wanted some PM and are trying to make PM Sundays a thing. We play at a bar in Roebling NJ since we are trying to get a good venue to attend, since it is a bar 21+ is req unless accompanied by an adult.
We hope you may be able to join us. We have a hard time trying to get Sundays going since it is football season but hey! Its a bar where you can play smash and watch the game as well (who knew!)

Sign ups start 6 pm with the tourney commencing at 8.

The game is PROJECT M (3.6 is the latest we are all trying to get our PM updated.)

General Rules

• 
  
  
  • Items off and set to none, 8 Minutes, 4 Stocks, Buffer off.
  • No excessive stalling (Rising Pound, Luigi ladder, etc.)
  • Double Blind is offered at request
  • You cannot counter pick to any stage you have already won on
  • Gentleman's Clause: Any stage may be played on if both players agree to it.
  • If a match times out, the winner is determined by remaining stocks, then lowest percentage on the same stock.
  • Pausing Results in a stock loss, at the discretion of the opponent.
  • If each player has one stock remaining and the match ends due to a suicide move (Ganon's side-B, DDD's swallow, holding someone in a grab on a platform as it moves out of the boundaries, etc.), the player who initiated the move wins.
  • No Giga Bowser or Wario Man (This should go without saying. SoPo is fine).

First stage is decided by banning from the Starter Stages in P1-P2-P2-P1 order.
Following stages decided by winner banning 2 stages and then loser choosing

The prizes are a 25$ gift card for 1st. A 15$ gift card for second and a 10$ gift card for third. ( EDIT: based on some issues. The gift cards are For gamestop only. Sorry)
Later on (with a proper venue) we will begin the cash entries as of now the tourney is free to enter.
The only thing i will add to those rules are No EXCESSIVE WOBBLES. 150% is the cap. Please understand. If you start the wobble at 10% you have until 160% to continue your move. After the 150% at the stock you may re-wobble until 300%. Note: Do not wobble for 300% straight. You must release or end the wobble after you deal 150%. Wobbling is a stall in our eyes we well rule it by the Non- excessive stalling rule.
