i have never seen it in RTA, the closest i have seen was a platform cancelled nair but not float cancelled, and completely on accident

From what I can tell: shield drop->float-> n.air-> fast fall -> shield drop

For all intents and purposes this is impossible

Also note the extremely unrealistic shield DI from Falco to make sure he didn't just get pushed off the platform.

Still cool though.
