Somewhat related: I know this sounds weird, but for some reason, Magmortar gives off a part Poison type vibe to me. Not that I actually mistake it for Fire/ Poison, it just feels like it could be.

I think it's for balance. A lot of things have been re typed to be better. Which is neat. The story is also different, as is the encounters and difficulty. I'm grinding like mad for the first gym currently.

Technically, only 58 is right, they are still 3 separate movesets.
But, generally they are considered one unit - only one ending for classic mode, all called "Mii" in-game by the announcer...

Remember when Aonuma said in a miiverse post he would have liked the idea of adding the Hyrule bike from Mario Kart 8 into a Zelda game?

I think that a crossover between FF and Zelda would be the perfect place to include it.
