New Pokken Tournament Trailer Released!

In a world where Pokémon games are mostly limited to turn-by-turn based gameplay, Pokken Tournament, the new game coming to arcades in Japan this summer stands out as a new take on a loved franchise. With the mash-up of popular characters from Pokémon along with gameplay akin to popular fighting game franchise Tekken, fans across the globe have been eagerly awaiting new details covering the new game. Yesterday, a new trailer was revealed, showing off more gameplay from Pokken Tournament. Fair warning, the trailer is entirely in Japanese.

The new game is still slated to be released exclusively in Japan as an arcade machine, and there is still no indication that there are plans to release a console port for the game worldwide. However, it's hard to believe that a game generating this much buzz would not eventually be released for the Wii U. What do you think of the gameplay? I would like to see Sceptile, Mewtwo, Kabutops/Genesect

Chances are, all of the Pokémon in Sm4sh will be making an appearance, from what I truly feel. Mewtwo is a staple and amongst one of the most popular next to Charizard, and Pikachu. Personally, my favorite starter is Blastoise but I truly don't believe they'll make him a fighter. In the very least, I hope that he becomes an assist. But if somehow they managed to put them in the game, I think I'm legit going to die happy.

And I'm still confused on what Lucario's Burst Attack is. On a different note, I can't wait to see the next wave of fighters they put in. My guess is Lopunny, Mewtwo, Raikou, Entei, Hawlucha and Greninja.
My 10 most wanted would have to be Genesect, Mewtwo, Bisharp, Mienshao, Greninja, Chesnaught, Aggron, Lopunny, Hawlucha, and Charizard.

Yeah dude, the downward spinning tail attack and Mishima style upercut we saw in the demonstration wasn't enough, now we see that Pikachu straight up has Heihachi's jumping double kick, it's awesome.
