New Challenger Falco Bug

Using dolphin 4.0 - 6554 Windows
If you play versus against CPU's (unconfirmed with non-netplay friendlies) and win then you will face Falco as an incoming challenger AFTER EVERY MATCH. Sometimes it happens even if you lose against a CPU. It gets kind of annoying. Anyone else come across this?
