Ness Hitbox glitch and falco shine issue

Hi guys,

Noticed today while playing with a friend that Ness' upsmash glitches on Fountain of dreams. If you are facing right under the lowered right hand platform, the upsmash hitbox will not pass through the platform and instead carry along it. This is great for tech chasing but I don't think its intentional or fair :p

Edit: It happens on the left hand platform too, the yoyo gets caught.

Secondly, It doesn't seem that falco can reflect ZSS's charged B. It clanks rather than reflects... is this intentional?
