Need help with making melee stream overlay!

Hello, i was wondering what was necessary to make a stream overlay for melee? I recently got photoshop and i wanted to make my own for my stream, but i dont know where to start. I need some basic help on how to start making a stream overlay. Hope to hear from anyone soon!

Take a screenshot of a stream overlay you like, and make a mockup of how you envision yours with that one as reference in your image editing program.
