Does anyone have any insight on how to get back to the stage against Marth. It seems like he has all of my options covered, I can't go high or low. Help?

You're much better going high then low.

if you go low expect fsmash and tons of dtilt pokes. if he starts poking you and you drop low enough that parasol is the only hope, you're done for.
going high brings the risks of uptilts and lots of juggling. with some good DI you can minimize the damage but its still a pain.
in both cases i suggest well timed air dodges, maybe onto a platform if they can't be reached by his sword
