Mario up b wall jump frames got moved

The added 2 frames to do the wall jump moved the current 4 to sooner frames.
The way I understood it, was that the ledgesnapping frames were also the wall jumping frames which is good because it allows a wall jump at the peak of his up b. But the new patch the frames got moved to before the ledgesnapping meaning u can't get optimal highth.
