How will the Smash 64 ruleset work? (it currently has 2 neutrals)

I would suggest Dreamland as the starter, with 3 counterpicks, though I suggest this mainly because I've seen other regions use it and have no experience in 64 rulesets myself.

The person I thought may do doubles is not doing them now. Is there a way to unregister, or if there is another looking for a double can I switch?

Thanks!

Question: Do I still have to check in for WiiU singles at 10-11 even though they start at four? Or are we allowed to check in later?

I believe the 64 ruleset should be dreamland only, no counterpicks. I'm pretty sure Dreamland is the only legal stage for competitive 64. That's how they played at Genesis 3.

Hey, again, do we still have to check in for melee singles at 10-11 even though they start way later? Or are we allowed to check in later?
