Everytime I play a somewhat decent peach I get wrecked. Does anyone know what I should look out for with this match up?

Get under her, up-smash if she floats too low, otherwise you can try to kill off the top using strong nair. Before killing percentage up-air might be a good idea. In general you have make good use of your movement, punish turnip pulls and other overcommitments. Tough matchup, can't really combo her well, have to win neutral, rack up damage and finish with a strong move.

Most of your kills are going to be using a Fair since it hitbox reaches high above Luigi and you can catch a floating peach if you time it right. Try to grab her near the edge when she is at 80-100% and quickly downthrow and a chop follow up can usually seal a kill.

Also, at low %, you can Up-throw -> upair -> DJ -> Chop, mixed in with uptilts and nairs depending on their DI.

Up-airs and Bairs are what you'll be doing mostly in neutral, Luigi is very strong on the ground so most peaches opt to float and wait for Luigi to approach. BE PATIENT. If you wavedash in, they will land with a fair or a floatcanceled jab and stuff your approach. Wait until the land before making an appraoch and respect their space, especially because of Peach downsmash. Remember, when peach is in the air floating like that, they are waiting for you to make a move. Just don't make one. Its not safe.

Also, fireballs work wonders if you place it at about the height they are floating.

Happy hunting.

Being patient is definitely the most important thing. Wavedashing in blindly is extremely dangerous against Peach especially with her aerial game.

She can also Nair out of your combos, weegee style.

Her Nair hits on the same frame but her hit-boxes have no coverage downwards which makes her's quite inferior. If you come from below you can theoretically just hit her feet/lower legs (one hurt-box).

As a Peach player, against Luigi I would:
1) Work on controlling the middle of the stage
2) Use lots of nairs out of shield
3) Shield grab a lot
4) Keep forcing Luigi to recover horizontally
