Stage rules:
Round 1: Both players strike two stages. The first match is played on the remaining stage.
Round 2: Winner of Round 1 bans three stages. These cover all stages in the list.
Round 3: Winner of Round 2 will ban three stages.
No stage can be played twice in the same set.
Final Destination counts as Omegas in the counterpick setting. If someone bans FD, Omegas are banned as well.
