Rules
4 stocks with an 8 minute time rule
Double Elimination Bracket
First round with Round Robin Pools. The top 2 of each pool move into Winners bracket, the rest move into losers bracket
Every match is a best of 3 games until Winner / Loser bracket finals, which are best of 5
Timeline
11:00-12:00 - Registration for Melee (RoA Registration goes until 4:00)
12:15 - SSBM 1v1 Pools
2:00 - Melee 2v2 and 1v1 Bracket
4:00 - RoA Bracket
8:00 - Venue closes
Last time we finished around 6:00
Entry fee:
Venue/Tournament : $5*
Rivals of Aether - $2
Melee Singles - $5
Melee Doubles - $5 per player
*If you bring a Melee Setup (CRT TV, Console, Melee), this fee is waived. Post here if you can bring a setup: we may need every single one we can get!
Prize Payout (subject to change based on attendance- may extend to 4th place):
1st - 50% of prize pool
2nd - 30%
3rd - 20%

1st - 65%
2nd - 35%
