Parking:
Blue Star is the venue.
Yellow Line is meters. These are free after 10 PM.
Green Line is street parking. The parking on Sumit Street is probably the most likely to have spots, but it's also the farthest.
Orange Circles are parking garages. They are 10 bucks for more than 5 hours, and the rates reset at midnight (aka be out by midnight.)
This next map is zoomed in on the venue.
Dark Green Line is the drop off zone. Please be quick since this is also where the Donatos drivers park.

Ultimate Falcon Championship 2.5 - $5 per person
Secret Event 2 - $1 per person, needs a teammate
Mystery Event - $0.25 per person.

Must pay venue fee to entry Secret Event 1, PM Singles, and/or PM Doubles.

Project M Rule Set
All matches will be played 2/3, except for top 3.
Top 3 will be played 3/5.
8 Minute Timer, 4 Stock games
1. Players pick characters. Any player can call blind pick. Blind pick is where one player tells a third member what character they will pick. That third member makes that player pick that character no matter what the other player picked.
2. First round will be played on a neutral stage, struck in an alternating fashion (1-1-1-1)
PM Neutral stages:
Fountain of Dreams
Battlefield
Dreamland
Pokemon Stadium 2
Smashville
3. After the first match, winning player/team select stages to ban from all legal stages. Two stage bans in PM.
4. Losing team/player then picks stage
5. Winner picks character
6. Loser picks character.
Counterpicks for PM:

Yoshi's Island Brawl
Lylat Cruise
Green Hill Zone
Castlevania
Yoshis Story Melee (Singles Only)
Pools will be elimination to a 24 man bracket. (Yes this is meant to be difficult)

Pause option is disabled in the game menu. If left on, accidental pausing mid match forfeits a stock.
You may not choose the last stage you have won on during a set, unless agreed by both players.
If time runs outs, the tie is determined by most stocks, and then if still tied, by percentage. If percentage is tied, a 1 stock, 3 minute match is played.
Playing as Giga Bowser is banned
Pool Positions are determined the following order: Set wins, Head to Head, Game wins. (Yes this is different than usual).
Mr. Wizard's Stupid Rule- no stage may be played on more than once per set, unless agreed upon by both players
Top 3 will be played 3/5.
