Is it against twitch's policy if you stream Melee through Dolphin if you are partnered?

Just curious. Would you get banned if you played Melee on Dolphin if you are partnered with twitch.tv?

There's this pretty famous website called google.com, that has some textbox on it's front page, if you put in "twitch tv emulators", the first result that will pop up is this:

On the other hand, looking for "Nintendo Emulation Legality" will lead you to ther official website, that says:
http://www.nintendo.com/corp/legal.jsp#download_rom

So, twitch.tv don't give a ****, Nintendo do. Make of that what you will. There's been high viewer count streaming of emulated nintendo game(s) ("Twitch plays Pokemon" for instance (which is hilarious to watch btw)).


Also: All of this would've taken about as long to google yourself, as it took me to do so
