Implementing stuff to gameplay.

Hi everyone, I've recently started to practice with the ICs, their play style is something that's always caught my attention, I'm fairly decent with my grabs at the moment and have learned a lot from Fly's and Wobble's guides, my question is what things you, ICs players think are the most important to get started on incorporating on the gameplay?
I find myself having a little of a hard time doing some desynch stuff on the go, like throwing those nanapults, so, what's your opinion?
