How to stop Roy's audio nuetral b glitch from happening?

Custom content doesn't belong in Bug reporting bud. Bug reporting is for problems with the Official PM build.
That said.
The best answer to fixing it is to rollback to your previous working build. then try and install the custom content again.
If you cant install the Custom Content, there's a problem with the mod itself/ you're doing something wrong. Contact the maker is the best bet.
