How to play music through computer while streaming?

Hey guys. My roommate and I are going to stream from our dorm room next year in the fall and I'm setting the stream stuff up. I'm currently having trouble playing music through my desktop and having the audio from Melee come through to the stream. It's always one or the other. Is there a way for both of them to come through? Thanks! If it helps, I'm using OBS and a Dazzle DVC 100. Could someone help me?
