I did get Lucina, even if she's just a no-effort clone. Advance Wars will probably get the same assist trophy is Brawl. I was hoping for playable Dark Samus, but I'm happy enough that she's an assist this time around. I can't think of any other characters I was really rooting for.

Honestly my most wanted are only the first 5 of the list, Lip is a wanted character, but I can't really say that she is a most wanted. There are several other characters who I want at the same level as her, but none of those characters are in the category of "most wanted" (some examples, Anthony, Vaati, Tetra, Geno, Black Shadow, Samurai Goroh, Tingle, Ashley, Munchy Monk, etc.).
I probably won't get any of them, not even Ganon who technically is the one who deserves the most, being a very iconic, recurring and classic character.
